About Calmee

Calmee emerged out of a research project at Sports Science Institute at Technical University Munich. Sports Scientists where searching for an easy, yet efficient method to reduce mental stress and muscular pain with injured athletes during their sports rehabilitation.
The digital sound technology was meant to provide an easy access to muscular relaxation compared to classic relaxation techniques such as Progressive Muscular Relaxation (PMR). 
The technology was marketed under the German medical brand Mentasan (www.mentasan.de) which is the leading provider of digital relaxation training in Germany.
Calmee is a spin off for international marketing and distribution providing over 15 years of research and development with the freshness of a modern lifestyle brand. The main scope of Calmee is Corporate Health and Mindfulness. 

Our RelaxSpots have been tested in long term projects with leading national and international corporations such as Siemens, Allianz and German Federal Bank.
